I attempted to join and create various games and it always came up with the same error message. Neither refreshing the page nor translating it fixed the issue.• Which browser are you using?

F5 did not resolve the issue and it happened consistently on my computer as well as another one on every game created.

This error occurred to me whilst playing Space Base, but it seemed to affect the whole of BGA. I could not raise a ticket or get to the support page. F5 did not fix it or make the game work. Very weird. It was like the whole BGA website was crashing for almost 30 mins, then it resolved itself.

• What was displayed on the screen when you were blocked (Blank screen? Part of the game interface? Error message?)
I could not get the game to load, it was stuck on the screen that has a picture of the game and says things like "opening box". Once it did load, I had the message linked in a screen shot below pop up. This happened the last time I played the game and I had the same screen pop up.

This is not a Space Base game issue, but rather a global BGA issue. There is nothing I can do as a game developer. Please upvote & comment on this ticket on this BGA website bug report: boardgamearena.com/bug?id=68673.
