#51144: "Anonymous feedback for game tutorials"
What is this report about?
What happened? Please select from below
Suggestion: in my opinion, the following would greatly improve the website
Detailed description
• Please explain your suggestion precisely and concisely so that it's as easy as possible to understand what you mean.
BGA users are able to rate tutorials with 1* to 5*. In my opinion, it would be great to get feedback from users on what they liked or disliked about the game tutorials so that the tutorial creator knows what to improve on to make better tutorials.
This feedback system is available for BGA reviewers on alpha games. Hopefully this can be implemented on at least the alpha and beta tutorials.• Which browser are you using?
Google Chrome v94

Also can we force some comments from people that rate a tutorial at 3 or lower to explain what is needed to improve it?

- suggestions of correction for strings (like for english correction in the translation system)
- rate some criterias in addition to 1 to 5 stars: length (too short, right length, too long), clarity (not clear, very clear, too many repetitions/useless comments), interactivity (not enough interaction, moves too difficult, right amount of interaction), language quality, ...
- an open box for other comments. Maybe asking if they would recommend the tutorial to beginners (if they already knew the game) or if they feel comfortable enough to start playing this game (if they were not familiar with the game before tutorial).
IMO nobody should be forced to give this feedback. Anybody testing the tutorial can be encouraged to give feedback and given an easy way to do it, but should also have the possibility to pass.

If the tutorial is broken, ie a beginner can't proceed for some reason through the tutorial, then they essentially quit.. they won't even have the ability to leave feedback.
