Report history
Both players with 6 points are listed as 1st, but Koganic had gotten the "3" feather card in the second round and the other tied player got the "2", so by the rule cited in this bug-report, Koganic should've been 1st and the other player 2nd.

Your bug has probably been fixed already, or was linked to a temporary failure of BGA service.
