How to use the bga_format utility?
There appears to be a built-in bga_format utility function to format log messages. It's referenced on this page: https://boardgamearena.com/doc/Translations
It appears to require 2 arguments to be passed from the notify line in the php file, but it's not clear to me what those arguments should be.
