The MGTYou play a *farmer* and your goal is to have the *fewest flies* in your cowshed at the end of the game. This tutorial shows the game for 3 or more players. [tip] With 2 players, you simply play with three herds laid out at the same time, in which the direction of play determines to which herd the next card must be placed. Now let's see how a herd is formed on the table.1archivecontrol_editmode_centercomment000
The MGTThe green start player plays a special cow first, we'll get to that later. [tip] You can display the effects of the special cows at any time by moving the cursor over them. The direction of play is clockwise at the beginning. The MGTThe cow added to the herd *must be numbered lower or higher* than all cows already in the herd (on the table). The herd now has 8 flies, and it's your turn. You don't want to bring such a herd into your cowshed if possible. Luckily you have playable cards. The MGTThe red player actually reverses the direction of play, and you don't have a playable cow! That's really bad luck! You have to bring the herd to your cowshed with all the flies! The MGTYou drew a *flanker cow*. Play this cow to block one end of the herd and trigger the effect that you saw at the beginning: [tip] Whoever has played a flanker cow can either *change the direction of play* or *determine the next player* without changing the direction of play. The MGTNow the first round is over. Each player gets the flies on his remaining hand cards as minus points. The game ends when a player has accumulated a *total* of 100 or more flies at the end of a round. Whoever has the fewest flies wins. As long as nobody has 100 flies, the game continues with a new round. So far nothing is lost! The MGTWhoever completes a round with the most negative points receives a *farmer card* as compensation. These are cards *with special abilities* that you can view by hovering over them with your cursor. You just got such a card, but we won't use it until later.
