NekonyancerIn *Arigato,* each player is in charge of their own village. Each day, [red]*five Artisans*[/red] will travel through each village. Players must simultaneously decide how to utilize each Artisan's skills. Again, each Resident will occupy one of our [red]*Workshops.*[/red] Each Workshop has an icon on it, marking it as top-left, top-right, bottom-left, or bottom-right. Nekonyancer[blue]Okay, we've assigned all our Artisans![/blue] Now we'll wait for our opponent to finish. When they do, we'll advance to the *Day* phase.128_tempFront

NekonyancerAt the beginning of the *Day* phase, two things happened. *1.* Each player's Resident card was revealed. Its condition can be repeatedly activated from now until it leaves our Workshop. Nekonyancer*2.* Each player gained a resource from each of their assigned Craftsmen. The Craftsmen were then moved to the *Discard* pile (see arrow). We discarded a Sculptor and a Artificer, so we gained 1 [blue]*Statuette*[/blue] and 1 [red]*Firework.*[/red]2cardsDiscard_item_95

NekonyancerNext, each player can *manage their village,* performing any number of optional actions. These include... • Discard 2 identical items to gain 1 item. • Prepare an Offering. • Send a Resident to the Palace. • Dismiss a Resident. NekonyancerAt the end of the Day, there's a quick *Dusk* phase, which has 3 steps: • Artisans with an *hourglass* in their condition are activated. Look at the card on top of the Discard pile for an example (see arrow). • Players who complete an *Objective* take an Objective token. NekonyancerThat's it for Day 1. It's now Dawn of Day 2! Two things happened at the beginning of this phase: • The [red]*Day Tracker*[/red] advanced to the next slot. • Each player drew a new hand of 5 cards. 2 of them are Travelers from another player. Nekonyancer[blue]Day 4 has begun, but I think you've seen enough![/blue] Each day will work the same way, except for Day 12. On that day, each player can assign *1* Resident and *4* Craftsmen. No Travelers! After Dusk on Day 12, the game ends.1maintitlebar_content

Nekonyancer[blue]Each player's score is made up of...[/blue] • Points accumulated throughout the game. • Points from Artisans under their Gate. • Points from Objectives. Nekonyancer[blue]Just a couple last things to point out![/blue] Many Artisans grant Favor points (flowers) when their Resident conditions are met. These Artisans actually produce *Items* too, but slowly. When a player accumulates [green]10 Favor Points,[/green] they can take any two Items from the supply. NekonyancerIn the bottom-left corner, you'll find comprehensive glossaries of *Artisans, effects,* and *Objectives* (from left to right). The last button on the right will let you toggle various features on and off, like animations and "confirm" steps.4ari_showObjectivesBtnText

Nekonyancer[blue]Arigato can also be played in Solo Mode.[/blue] In this mode, Artisans who are assigned as Travelers are set off to the side until the end of the game, at which point they are grouped by color. The group with the lowest total point value is ignored. The values of cards in the other four groups are added together to find the number of points the player must exceed to win the game.5maintitlebar_content

NekonyancerIn this example, Blacksmiths were the smallest group. The totals of the other groups were added together to get a total of 92 points.
