I made the mistake of building a harbor with my two wood and could never get wood again. I could never build more buildings, no matter what I did. I now have over enough food but can't get wood or stone. Not fun to get completely stuck in a game after the first turn. I was also stuck in the middle of round 9 when my board was full.

I am also planning to add a player preference which prevents running out of wood before building a Woodcutter, to protect players by default.
