A BGA rematch changes the starting player, but in Vaalbara it is IMHO also necessary and important to change the player order, otherwise all players keep the same neighbours. Perhaps it is implemented like this on purpose, as some players want to keep the same neighbours for a rematch, but in that case there should be information about it so those who want a new sequence know that they must set up a new table.
