Currently everyone can expel another player from a game when the other player is in the negative.
So also a player who is himself in the negative can expel. In my opinion it is quite unsportsmanlike when a player with already a bunch of negative time can expel another player who in the extreme case has just gone a few seconds below zero.
I suggest to allow a player with negative time to only expel, if the player he tries to expel is more in the negative.• Please explain what you wanted to do, what you did and what happened
