At move #118, the player reported that they couldn't confirm their dice (heart x3, energy x3). From my screen, their name and all the text instructions also completely disappeared from the top, where it would normally say something like "<player> must resolve their dice". Buttons also disappeared from the top.

Also, 2/4 players were dead.

Couldn't try to do anything when there's nothing to click. But the player reported that they tried to close/refresh the page, and we tried making it turn-based to see if it was just some server scramble or IDK, but nothing changed. Currently have not abandoned game yet, but probably will.
