• Which part of the rules was not followed by the BGA adaptation?
After Inspector exonerate action, Inspector arrest without Killer's turn.
Moreover, Inspector arrest person which is not adjacent to Inspector.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?

Kazushi's game was played with the Citizen's Arrest rule variant.
Kazushi was arrested by the character he had just killed, when the inspector then exonerated it.
This also just happened to me at table #30591243.
To me, it doesn't make any thematic sense for the corpse to stand up and make a citizen's arrest of an adjoining character. This variant is already skewed too much in favor of the inspector.

Yes, absurd that dead card can initiate a Citizen's Arrest.

I confirm that it would be better to fix this problem:
Deceased citizens must no longer be able to be used by the Inspector to arrest suspects.
