Detailed description

• Please explain your suggestion precisely and concisely so that it's as easy as possible to understand what you mean.
I've played several times and sometimes we are playing with english words and sometimes with french words.
However, no flag is shown currently to indicate what is the language used by the words. It could be interesting to have a small flag representing the language used by the words to be guessed.

The language is already indicated in the second line of each table ("English" / "Français" so far), so I don't think it's necessary to add a flag. Besides, which flag to put for each language could be controversial.
