The Karma system doesn't punish quitters hard enough, especially when quitting at the end of long games. I am proposing a change to the karma loss where the loss becomes the percentage of the game that was completed when they quit.
This makes the punishment more proportional to the offense, and hopefully increases the incentive for players to complete games like they should.
There can still be a minimum karma penalty of 5-10 points, but someone quitting at the end of a game should be penalized more than someone quitting at the beginning or forgetting to show up at the start of an Arena game.
If this is seen as too harsh, perhaps making the penalty half of the completed percentage would be a good compromise.• Please explain what you wanted to do, what you did and what happened
