Detailed description

• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
I have noticed that the player's hand size is updated before his move is revealed. For example, in the last move of the game I reported above, if you watch from my point of view, my opponent's hand size is updated to zero BEFORE it is revealed that he is settling the Desert Alien Library planet. This has confounded me in many games and I lost some of them because of this bug.

Report history
en.1.boardgamearena.com/raceforthegalaxy?table=46505215 Just now I choose world to settle and it shows I have 3 cards played with explore power, but my 3rd card with explore power wasn't yet revealed to my opponents.

But yeah, essentially we need a temporary player specific context so that the actions of a player are done within a context and visible only to him/her until everyone has completed the sub-phase
The trick is that some simultaneous actions are impacting one another since you don't want multiple players to draw the same cards.
Another problem is the objectives tiles, for the sake of simplicity, players should not see the impact of their actions on them since this can be impacted by what other players are doing. At least for the 5 points objectives.
And takeovers are hard to tackle. They should be prepared simultaneously and as players end the colonization sub-phase they get resolved one by one (but all the impacts of newly played worlds or discarded developments has to be ignored). Though nut...
I think that the rules about which players have to draw first and all that is pretty much irrelevant and can be ignored. It might have an impact if you want to draw your cards after a reshuffle of the deck rather than before and vice-versa but that is very marginal especially if nobody knows if we are about the shuffle or not...
