Detailed description
• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
N/A• Please explain what you wanted to do, what you did and what happened
When visiting the BGA forum, after loading the page and clicking on a thread/subforum, very often the page content "jumps" as you are doing so, resulting in you going to the wrong place and having to come back and try again (and possibly doing the same again).
This is very annoying when trying to browse for new forum posts in various different subforums - it is especially bad on mobile, but it happens on desktop too.
The root cause is that the content of the top of the page changes, a short time (a few seconds, usually) after loading the page - there is initially a large banner with the BGA logo at the top of the page, which then disappears, causing everything else to "jump" abruptly upwards.
In my opinion, the page should load without the BGA banner since it clearly isn't wanted. But I don't mind if it loads with it - it just shouldn't move from one to the other without warning, especially not after you've had time to scroll down and be about to click on a link!• Which browser are you using?
Google Chrome v94

Report history
There is a similar issue regarding the "game related forums" at the bottom, which is only supposed to show the forums for games you've played, but always loads with all games being visible initially, again for a noticeable amount of time, before the filtering takes place. This doesn't cause any issues because there is no important content below it - but I still don't see why the page can't load in the filtered state to start with, this would likely save loading time as well!
