Detailed description
• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
I have been playing on mobile with the advanced deck and so I have to do a long tap to view the tool tips then tap outside of that tool tip to minimize the pop-up. It is very easy to accidentally select a ship you weren't meaning to and it is a big issue when you accidentally spend 14 on a ship that costs 2.• Please explain what you wanted to do, what you did and what happened
• Which browser are you using?
Google Chrome v89

Maybe there's a way to detect mobile/touch-screen players and only add the confirmation step for those players that have to click to get "mouseover" tool-tips.
I haven't played too much on mobile, so thanks for pointing this out.
I think the standard would be to ask for confirmation before ending the turn and allow player to redo his almost complete turn (everything after dice have been set or rolled; you could also allow to restart the entire turn if both dice were set manually through a power but that is an overkill since it happens so rarely).
I think that a confirmation on the purchase of the card which is the last action of the turn is a good compromise as it achieves essentially the same thing.
The main reason is that on mobile, it is basically impossible for me to read the cards. When I zoomed in to check them...I bought the wrong one today, with no way to fix it. :'(
Also, my wife is on mobile and just accidentally chose a colony when she didn't mean to. Now that slot is locked for the rest of the game and we are only 1/3 or 1/2 of the way through the game! ....*sad face*
This is right when she had to stop playing to go make dinner. ...Not a good emotional state to pause on when it's our first time playing, she was winning, we were both having fun, and I want her to like this game and play it with me ;)
Having a confirmation step as an option that a player toggles, much like the auto confirm or best choice toggles, will help a lot. You can try to auto implement it for mobile or specific browsers etc, but why go through all that trouble when you can let the player can just decide for themselves?
