Detailed description
• Please copy/paste the error message you see on your screen, if applicable.
There are several similar phrases in the translation system: i.postimg.cc/jSj8fQx8/Conspiracy-Abyss-similar-phrases.png
These can be merged into "${player_name} plays a ${points} point ${guild_name} Lord and gets ${pearls} Pearl(s)". "Point" is always singular if it modifies another word, e.g. "a 5 point increase".
This is also the case for Location strings (e.g. "At the end of the game, this Location is worth 7 IP."), though that may be a framework limitation.• Please explain what you wanted to do, what you did and what happened

In the manual, these terms always start with capital letters: studiobombyx.com/assets/Conspiracy_Rulebook_EN_BD.pdf
"Point" is always singular if it modifies another word" may be right in english and in your langage, but it may not be right in every language, that's why I chose to make a sentence for each lords (as there are only 6, I thought it would be manageable).
Capitalization should be more consistent, I agree. Don't hesitate to apply it for your translations. As the game as already been translated in some languages, changing english sentences now would broke translations, so it think the benefit of changing capitalization now is not worth it. But I'll definitly check it for my next game, thanks for the hint.
But indeed, the "(s)" could be included just to show translators both singular and plural are possible. Alternatively, "${player_name} plays a ${guild_name} Lord and gains ${pearls} Pearl(s) and ${points} point(s)" is always correct.

As for the capitalisation: I understand not wanting to break existing translations, but maybe there is a developer option to do this silently? In any case, going through the change request system leaves translations in other languages intact: boardgamearena.com/translation?module_id=1386&source_locale=en_US&dest_locale=en_US
I was actually going to submit some change requests, but then I came across this bug, so I was unsure if it would work: boardgamearena.com/bug?id=40616
