You can select a different dictionary option before you start the game. FYI, gravlax and gravlaxes are included in both Scrabble dictionaries.
Easter got refused even though it is in International/3of6all.txt from the 12dicts v6.0.2
But not in 3of6game.txt which apparently removes all words starting with a capital letter (which is a bit harsh as words like February are excluded)
The specific word lists are 2of12inf + 3of6game
Frankly if the 12dic list is so restricted that it doesn't have words which are common to merriam webster, Cambridge, etc then it is not a sufficient list.
