At the end of the game, I had more points but my opponent declared as winner. It must be 24 moves in the game but code thought it was 25 and it said I have to make 1 more move and it was impossible. So it declared my opponent as winner. Please fix the bug and give my points back :D My match was between 1st and 2nd of the ladder, so I lost so many points because of this bug.

Report history
Happened on table #778634076 at move 51-52.
The same thing happened on this board at the end of the first round.

This is a general message for all these bug reports regarding the winner condition bug.
Game has 2 distinctive game end conditions. There are 25 tiles on the board.
- When you have no valid movement while there is at least 2 tiles on the board, game end directly triggers with your lose. This no valid movement check was done before doing the check on the board.
- If the game reaches final state, 12 actions per player (24 tiles picked), we should never check valid movements and highest point should win or there can be a tie in some cases.
So this was the bug. Code was checking valid movements before the count of tiles remaining.
