Detailed description
• Which part of the rules was not followed by the BGA adaptation?
When factories need to be refilled at the start of the round, if there are not enough tiles to fill all five, the large factory must be filled first, followed by the small factories one-at-a-time. This implementation incorrectly filled the large factory last.• Is the rules violation visible on game replay? If yes, at which move number?
Move #200 (the start of the fourth round). There are only 4 tiles on the large factory.• Which browser are you using?

"3. Refill the large Factory with 5 tiles*, and each
small Factory with 4 tiles and a Bonus chip.
*In the extreme case that all 5 tiles on the large
Factory are the same color, return them to the
bag and draw until at least one of them is a
different color.
If the bag is empty, restock it with all tiles from
the Tower and continue filling the remaining
Factories randomly.
Rare case: If you run out of tiles again and the
Tower is empty, start the new round as usual
even though some Factories will not be filled.
In these cases, a Bonus chip on an empty small
Factory is immediately revealed (since the
Factory is empty)."

Feb 19th 2025 5:52 • Count the tiles. There are supposed to be 13 of each color.
It's not that there aren't enough tiles and the factories were filled wrong; the large factory is just one tile short for some reason.
