Also could not do end of turn Culture action on table 556787203. Could not "Culture" or "Skip". Playing as India civilization, had researched Education, and had enough money to culture at end of turn. Got "Unexpected error: Not a valid move (reference: GS3 31/08 19:51:24)".

I'm also having this issue. Bought a wonder with an optional action, to pay 3 extra coins for 4 extra VP. I get the option to "Use" or to "Skip", but I cannot select either. Both options give me some GS10 error complaining about not a valid move.

I run into the issue on Firefox 129.0.2 (64-bit) as well as Chrome 128.0.6613.120 (64-bit)

press F5 with no improvement
I couldn't take actions nor end my turn, though I planned to develop culture with education technology and then end my turn.
I have seen this kind of bug that player can't move nor skip for several times.
